Latest Changes (Current Version):
- Powder Keg: Base slow increased to 40/50/60/70/80% from 30/37.5/45/52.5/60%. Slow no longer increases with critical strike chance.
- Base Stats: Health increased to 630 from 600. Armor growth increased to 4.7 from 4.2.
- Bug Fix: Phantom barrel chaining is once again possible.
