During his imprisonment, Urgot underwent both physical and philosophical transformation. He replaced his weak flesh with machinery, including six mechanical legs with built-in shotguns and a machine gun arm. His time in the Dredge led him to embrace pain and chaos as purifying forces.

After staging a violent prison break that destroyed the facility, Urgot established himself as a powerful figure in Zaun's criminal underworld. He gathered followers through a spokesman known as "The Voice" while launching attacks against symbols of order and authority.
