Orianna was once human but is now a technological marvel made of clockwork after a tragic accident in Zaun. As the daughter of inventor Corin Reveck, she helped in his artificial limb shop until exposure to toxic gas required her body to be gradually replaced with mechanical parts. She eventually sacrificed her human heart to save her failing father, housing it in a floating mechanical orb. Now fully mechanical but retaining her memories, Orianna explores Piltover seeking her place in the world.

Despite her mechanical nature, Orianna still experiences emotions, though she struggles to express them. She retains her helpful and self-sacrificing nature from her human life. Her current form features white metal segments, copper joints, and glowing blue eyes, accompanied by her signature mechanical orb that contains her hextech heart.
