Cypher in TFT Set 14 is an economy trait that allows players to accumulate Intel by losing combat (with bonus for loss streaks) and killing enemies. Players can cash out their Intel only once during specific rounds: 3-3, 3-7, 4-3, or 4-7.

  • (3) Cypher: 1x Intel, 25% AD & AP
  • (4) Cypher: 1.5x Intel, 40% AD & AP
  • (5) Cypher: 2x Intel, 50% AD & AP

Vi (1-Cost, Vanguard)

  • Ability: Block Chain - Gains decaying shield and enhanced next attack
  • Early game tank that's often replaced after cash out
