Riot Games is launching fundraising initiatives through League of Legends and VALORANT to support Los Angeles County wildfire relief efforts.

From January 22-30, proceeds from VALORANT's new EX.O bundle will be donated to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund, supporting natural disaster recovery in Southern California and globally.

Additionally, the rare Firefighter Tristana skin in League of Legends will be unvaulted from January 23 to February 5, with sales proceeds also supporting the relief fund. This 2010 skin is particularly valuable due to its limited availability.

The initiative hits close to home for Riot Games, whose U.S. headquarters is located near the Palisades Fire evacuation zones. The company has already provided direct support by:

  • Tripling employee charitable donations
  • Providing generators to fire stations
  • Donating meals to relief efforts
  • Offering campus resources and volunteer teams

The Los Angeles wildfires have caused an estimated $250 billion in damage and economic losses as of January 16. Riot emphasizes that community rebuilding efforts will continue long after the fires are contained.
