Riot Games' new physical trading card game Project K is set to launch in China in early 2025, with English-speaking countries following later that year. Other global regions will receive the game in 2026.

Project K is a unique TCG with its own ruleset, distinct from Legends of Runeterra. The game's key features include:
- Win condition: Be the first to earn 8 points
- Card types: Legends, Champions, Units, Spells, Gear, Runes, and Battlefields
- Gameplay mechanics: Players control a Legend and use runes to deploy units, cast spells, and equip gear
- Color-based deck building system determined by Legend's banner
- Strategic battlefield control for point accumulation

Champion roles revealed so far:
- Viktor: Leader
- Volibear: Furious
- Yasuo: Remorseful
- Jinx: Rebel
Riot has partnered with UVS Games for English-speaking markets and plans to establish competitive ecosystems in each region. The first card set is complete, and development of the second set is already underway with new champions and refined gameplay mechanics.
