Hwei is a complex mage support champion whose abilities follow a unique three-mode system: Damage (Q), Utility (W), and CC (E).

Passive - Signature of the Visionary Hitting enemies with two different abilities creates a circle that detonates for additional damage. This effect has a cooldown per target.

Basic Ability Modes

Motive: Disaster (Q)

• QQ: Long-range fireball that deals bonus damage based on target's maximum health
• QW: Delayed AoE explosion dealing more damage to low-health targets
• QE: Forward-moving column that slows and deals continuous damage

Motive: Balance (W)

• WQ: Creates a speed-boosting path for allies
• WW: Creates a zone granting increasing shields (stronger for Hwei)
• WE: Empowers next 3 abilities/attacks and restores mana on hits

Motive: Torment (E)

• EQ: Single-target projectile causing Fear
• EW: Trap that shoots and briefly immobilizes enemies
• EE: AoE pull followed by a slow

Ultimate - Growing Despair (R) Fires a projectile that creates an expanding zone around the first enemy hit, dealing damage and slowing. Explodes at maximum size for additional damage. Can also be used to cancel ability modes.
