Fleet Footwork is a keystone rune in Wild Rift that provides healing and movement speed bonuses through an Energized system.

Basic Properties:

• Type: Keystone Rune
• Unlocks at: Summoner Level 6

Core Mechanics:

• Passive (Energized): Moving and basic attacking generates Energize stacks, up to 100
• When fully Energized, your next basic attack:
  • Heals for 15-85 (based on level) (+30% bonus AD) (+30% AP)
  • Grants 20% bonus movement speed for 1 second
• Gains 100% attack speed on the empowered attack

Healing Modifications:

• Against monsters: 60%/20% of normal healing
• Against minions: 60%/20% of normal healing

Additional Effect:

• Restores 8% missing mana or energy when triggered against champions

Recent Changes:

• Healing against monsters and minions reduced
• Added attack speed bonus on empowered attacks
• Implemented resource restoration mechanic

Fleet Footwork provides sustained healing and mobility, making it particularly effective for champions who need to kite or sustain in lane. The rune scales well with both AD and AP builds, offering flexibility in itemization choices.
