Caedrel, Los Ratones's head coach and League of Legends personality, recently discussed his team's uncertain future in competitive gaming during a livestream. As the founder of this streamer-based team featuring popular players like Thebausffs, Nemesis, and Rekkles, Caedrel acknowledges the experimental nature of their approach.

Los Ratones has already proven successful, winning their debut tournament and securing the NLC Winter 2025 championship title. This victory qualified them for the EMEA Masters Winter 2025, where they'll compete against Europe's top regional teams from March 17 to 23.

However, Caedrel emphasizes the delicate balance required for success: "Making competition this public and still being competitive is very hard. It's a very big commitment for everyone." While the team's future remains uncertain - potentially lasting anywhere from one to ten years - their immediate goal is to reach a major league like the LEC.

Despite the challenges, Caedrel remains optimistic, citing overwhelming fan support and promising results. "So far, things have been going well, things have been looking up, like the support is fucking crazy," he stated, affirming his commitment to the team's continued success.
