Former Fnatic top laner Bwipo recently disclosed he earned $1.5 million during his three-year contract with the organization, a figure that has sparked discussion in the League of Legends community.
The contract, likely signed after Fnatic's impressive Worlds 2018 finals appearance, represented significant value for both parties. During his tenure, Bwipo helped Fnatic secure two European titles, reach MSI semifinals, and compete in multiple World Championships.

FlyQuest celebrates 2024 LCS championship
Despite his own earnings, Bwipo advocates for more sustainable esports salaries. He criticized excessive contracts like SwordArt's $6 million TSM deal, noting that his current team, FlyQuest, operates their entire roster on that same budget. "Whoever was in charge was just an absolute idiot," he stated regarding the TSM deal.
Bwipo currently competes with FlyQuest, having won the 2024 LCS Championship. Fans can watch him compete in the upcoming LTA Split One playoffs, where the team aims to qualify for First Draft 2025.
